1.1. Personal Information
EasyWebBuilder may collect personal information in order to provide you with a service that allows you to maintain an online presence. Your information may be used when sending the welcome gift. We also may use and disclose your information to our third party service providers in order to offer you a secure and comfortable payment environment.
1.2. Information security
We store all membership information in secure CRM system protected via a variety of industry standard access controls. EasyWebBuilder does not store payment information. It will use a professional third party partner to offer SSL encryption and other measures to help us protect your financial data.
1.3. Changing Information
All information that EasyWebBuilder collects is accessible through your personal account, including any subscription billing information. You may use your personal access to correct, update or delete your information at any time, and we encourage you to keep this information up to date so that your customer service requests and billing processes operate efficiently. We will respond to your request to access within 3 business days.
1.4. Removing Information/Cancelation
To remove your personal information from our system, submit your account for cancelation. Your personal information will be removed immediately, though your actual account access. If you wish to only remove your billing subscription information, cancel your paid account by sending a cancel request to customer services email. Your cancelation will come into force from the moment the customer service receives your email. To answer you cancelation request it might take up to 48 hours due to IT delays.
The EasyWebBuilder service requires a login in order to provide you with a personalized account. During our account registration process, you must provide all the information needed in order to obtain an account. After completing the registration form, you will receive a welcome email describing your new EasyWebBuilder account, and how to access that account.
If you choose to continue service with EasyWebBuilder via a paid account, EasyWebBuilder will collect the following personal information from you: credit card number, credit card expiration date, and zip code, and keep this information on file in our secure server in order to process your recurring invoices. Upon discontinuation of EasyWebBuilder service, your credit card information will be destroyed on our billing system. If we are unable to process your subscription for a given month, this information, along with your account information, may be used to contact you.
We have a qualified and experienced customer services team to assist us in managing and administrate communication and emails sent to us.
EasyWebBuilder employs third party payment partner to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include credit card processing, SSL encryption of payment information offering our users a secure and comfortable payment experience. Such third party partner use of your personal information is governed by their respective privacy policies.
