How can i cancel my account?

You can cancel your account at any time. Just log into your account, click the “My Account -> Account” tab, and click the red "X" button to cancel your account.
You can also email our support at contact@easywebbuilder.eu, please use the same email as you signed up with.
Once you’ve cancelled you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for all previously incurred charges.

How can i get refunded?

Charges are non-refundable, but once you cancel you will never be charged again.
We don’t have long-term contracts, lock-in, signup or termination fees.
Just pay as you go and cancel when you’re done. Please see the terms & conditions for further details.

Can i get an invoice for the charges?

Every time we bill you, an invoice becomes accessible under "My Account -> Orders".
